Hormone Replacement Therapy in Clermont, FL

Pellet, Cream, and Injectable HRT for Women and Men

Central Florida’s heat is relentless most of the year, and for patients already dealing with night sweats, disrupted sleep, mood shifts, or the low energy that comes with hormonal change, a warm climate does not exactly help. Hormonal imbalances typically show up as a cluster of complaints that are easy to dismiss individually but unmistakable together.

At Radiant Aesthetics & Wellness, we offer hormone replacement therapy in Clermont, FL , for both women and men through a medically supervised, individualized approach. Whether you are managing perimenopause, post-menopause, andropause, or a documented hormonal deficit, we build your plan around your labs, your symptoms, and your goals, not a standard script.

Ready to find out whether your symptoms have a hormonal explanation?

What Is Hormone Replacement Therapy?

Hormone optimization treatment  involves restoring declining or imbalanced hormone levels, including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, to ranges that support healthy physical and psychological function. At Radiant, we offer three delivery options: pellets, creams, and injectables. Each has a different absorption profile, and the right choice depends on your lifestyle, labs, and how your body responds over time.

HRT is not one-size-fits-all care. Dosing, timing, and formulation differ substantially between patients, and we treat every protocol as a starting point that is actively refined based on how you feel and what your labs reflect.

Please note that hormone replacement therapy requires a full clinical evaluation, including bloodwork, before any prescription is issued. Not every patient is a candidate, and suitability is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Treatment Options

When prescribed within a clinically supervised bioidentical hormone therapy  program, HRT is delivered through three methods. Each has a distinct absorption profile, and the right choice depends on your lifestyle, labs, and how your body responds over time.

Pellet

Bioidentical pellets  are inserted just beneath the skin during a brief in-office procedure and release hormones steadily over three to six months. Testosterone pellet therapy  and estrogen pellet options are well-suited for patients who prefer a hands-off protocol without daily or weekly administration.

Cream

Topical hormone therapy  is applied daily to the skin and absorbed transdermally, allowing for flexible, adjustable dosing based on how your levels respond over time. Estrogen and progesterone cream  and testosterone cream formulations are available, and BHRT cream  protocols are a practical option for patients who want active involvement in their daily routine.

Injectable

Injectable testosterone therapy  is administered on a set schedule and delivers a precise, measurable dose directly into the muscle. For patients who want clear control over timing and dosing intervals, hormone optimization treatment  through injectables provides a predictable and clinically well-monitored delivery method.

Results vary by patient and are influenced by age, baseline hormone levels, and overall health status. The above reflects commonly reported outcomes, not guaranteed results.

Who May Be a Candidate for HRT?

HRT may be appropriate if you:

Are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause

Have documented low testosterone or sex hormone levels on lab work

Struggle with persistent fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, or disrupted sleep

Have noticed reduced muscle mass, low libido, or changes in sexual function changes

Want a clinically supervised, lab-guided approach rather than self-managed supplements

Are looking for a long-term hormonal health strategy, not a short-term symptom patch

HRT may not be the right fit for every patient. Those with a personal history of certain hormone-sensitive cancers, active cardiovascular disease, or uncontrolled blood pressure require a thorough evaluation before treatment is considered. Eligibility is determined during your consultation.

What Can You Expect at Radiant Aesthetics & Wellness?

Comprehensive Lab Panel

Your intake begins with a full hormone panel that establishes your baseline levels across estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid, and related markers, because HRT decisions made without labs are guesswork.

Individualized Protocol Design

Based on your results, symptoms, and lifestyle, our clinical team designs a delivery method and dosing schedule matched to how your body responds, not to a formulaic starting point.

Flexible Delivery Options

Pellets offer consistent, hands-off hormone delivery over three to six months. Creams provide daily topical application with adjustable dosing. Injectables offer precise, scheduled delivery for patients who prefer active involvement in their protocol.

Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustment

Follow-up labs and clinical check-ins let us refine your protocol as your levels and symptoms evolve. HRT is not set-and-forget. It is an ongoing conversation between your labs and how you feel.

Long-Term Wellness Partnership

Our clinical team stays involved through the full arc of your hormone health, from initial balance to maintenance, because sustained results require continued attention.

Side Effects and Long-Term Use

Common early side effects vary by delivery method and may include mild bloating, spotting, skin sensitivity at application sites, or temporary mood fluctuation as the body adjusts. Most resolve with dose calibration, and our clinical team monitors response closely during the early months of treatment.

Long-term HRT use carries risks that are weighed individually against the benefits for each patient. We review your personal risk profile at intake and revisit it at every follow-up, particularly for patients with cardiovascular, clotting, or cancer-related history. Treatment is never passive.

The above is a general clinical context, not personalized medical advice. All HRT decisions are made in partnership with our clinical team based on your individual health history and lab data.

Why Clermont Trusts Radiant Aesthetics & Wellness?

Proudly serving Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte, and the greater Lake County community, Radiant Aesthetics & Wellness offers HRT as a clinical program, not a wellness add-on. Every protocol is grounded in labs, informed by symptoms, and actively managed.

Lab-First Decision Making

No protocol is written without current lab data. We prescribe based on your numbers and your experience together.

All Three Delivery Methods

Pellets, creams, and injectables, each suit different patients. We match the method to your lifestyle and response, not to convenience or habit.

Honest, Long-View Care

We discuss risks, realistic timelines, and what long-term HRT looks like before treatment begins, so there are no surprises at month six.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pellets are inserted under the skin and release hormones steadily over three to six months. Creams are applied daily, allowing flexible dosing. Injectables are administered on a set schedule and offer precise, measurable delivery. The right option depends on your lifestyle and how your body absorbs each method.

Most patients notice early improvements in sleep and mood within two to four weeks. Energy, libido, and body composition changes often take two to three months as levels stabilize. Response timing varies by individual.

For most patients, appropriately dosed and monitored HRT carries a manageable risk profile. Risk assessment is personal, conducted at intake, revisited at every follow-up, and adjusted based on your evolving health picture.

No referral is required. A consultation with our clinical team, paired with a current lab panel, is all that is needed to begin the evaluation process.

Take the Next Step

Hormonal changes are gradual, which is part of why they go unaddressed for so long. If the pattern of symptoms you have been managing sounds like what we described on this page, a single consultation and lab panel can clarify a great deal.

We serve Clermont, Lake County, and surrounding Florida communities with HRT programs that take the clinical work seriously and the patient experience personally.
